¼ cup oat flour
2 cups rolled oats
½ cup agave nectar
½ cup of organic mixed dried fruit, roughly chopped
Pre-heat the oven to 150C.
In a large bowl mix all of the ingredients together, gently combine but don’t over mix.
Line a baking tray with baking paper. Roughly roll the cluster mixture into 20cm clusters and place on the tray.
Cook for approx. 15 minutes, or till gold brown. Remove from the heat and let it adhere together into clumps and cool.
Serve with yoghurt, milk and/or fresh fruit.
Store leftover in a airtight container and refrigerate.
