2 cup whole rolled oats
1 ½ cups Vitasoy Unsweetened Oat Milk
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 apple, grated
1 tbsp LSA
2 kiwifruit, diced
¼ cup slivered almonds
1-2 tsp. honey, optional
In a bowl soak the oats and cinnamon in oat milk over night. In the morning, add the grated apple and stir-through the oat mix, adding extra oat milk if needed.
In a small bowl combine the diced kiwifruit and slivered almonds, mix well.
Spoon the oat mix into a bowl, top with LSA and kiwi fruit mix. Drizzle with honey if preferred.
