Nana’s Almond and Banana Ice Cream

Serves 4
Time 15 minutes


4 ripe frozen bananas
¼ cup almonds crushed
1 cup almond milk
¼ tsp. cinnamon


Remove the skins and freeze the bananas. Take the bananas out of the freezer 20min prior blending. Put all ingredients together, except the milk, and process or blend it.

Leave the milk to add as you mix, just remember the consistency you like to achieve is ice cream not smoothie.
