Ingredients
2 pieces Mountain Bread
½ cup smoked trout, flaked
½ avocado, sliced
½ cup cucumber finely sliced
1 tbls dill, chopped
1 tbls chives, chopped
Tartare
1 tbls gerkins, chopped finely
1 tbls capers
1 tbls red onion, sliced finely
4 anchovies
½ lemon, squeezed
½ cup soy mayo (Norganic)
Method
For the tatare, mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Set aside.
To assemble the wrap, lay the bread down then add about 1 tbls of mayo, then the trout, avocado, and cucumber. Finish with the dill and chives then wrap.
