Mountain Bread Crisps


1 pkt Mountain Bread

3 tbsp dried oregano

3 tbsp sesame seeds

1 bunch oregano

salt to taste

olive oil

1 tbsp sumac 


Finely chop the oregano leaves and mix them in a bowl with the dried oregano, sesame seeds, salt and enough olive oil to soak the whole mixture.

Slice the Mountain Bread into smaller pieces and lay them out on a tray to go into the oven. Brush on the sesame seed and oregano mixture and sprinkle on the sumac.

Place the tray in an oven at 150C for 5 minutes
