Mixed Nuts and Banana Muffin


2 cups chopped mixed nuts (almond, macadamia, cashews)
1 cup of Isowhey banana protein powder
2 cup organic buckwheat flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. Celtic salt
2 cup mashed bananas
1 cup milk
½ cup of agave nectar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 egg


Using a food processor, blend nuts and seeds, Isowhey powder, flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt together.
In another bowl mash bananas and add milk, agave, cinnamon and egg until blended.
Blend banana mixture into flour just until moistened.
Pour into greased muffin tins or patty pans and bake 15 to 20 minutes at 200C.
