Mini Sausage Rolls

Ingredients

 

puff pastry

500g minced beef

½ cup grated carrot

2 spring onions, finely chopped

2 clove garlic, crushed

1 bunch parsley, chopped

½ cup cheddar cheese, grated

2 tbsp. worcestershire sauce

1 tbsp. ketchup manis

1 tbsp. dijon mustard

2 eggs whites

pinch salt

sesame seeds

Method

In a large mixing bowl, mix together all ingredients except the puff pastry and the sesame seeds.

Cut the puff pastry squares in half and either pipe or spoon the filling lengthwise in the centre of the pastry. Fold pastry over and press join together with a fork to seal. Brush with a little egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Cut to desired length (can be frozen until needed).

Bake at 200c for 10 to 15 minutes until pastry has puffed up and is golden and filling cooked.
