Millet Bircher

Ingredients

1 cup quinoa or millet flakes

½ cup apple juice

½ cup water

1 cup goats’ yoghurt

1 tbls lemon rind

1 cup paw paw

1 tbls LSA

2 tbls coconut, shredded

1 tbls goji berries

Method

Soak the flakes overnight in the juice and water. In the morning stir the yoghurt and rind through the flakes. Top with the rest of the ingredients.
