Lamington Porridge

Serves 2
Time 10 minutes


1 cup quick oats
2 ½ cups almond milk
3 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp cacao
½ tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp natvia
Pinch salt


To Serve
Cherries, fresh or frozen
Desiccated coconut
Cacao nibs
Strawberry jam


Place oats, milk, chia seeds, cacao, vanilla, natvia and a pinch of salt in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir to combine and simmer for 5 minutes until creamy.

Pour into two bowls and top with coconut, cherries, cacao nibs, jam and honey.
