King Fish Sashimi

Ingredients

75g Kingfish

1 long red chilli, de-seeded and julienned

1tbs ginger, chopped

coriander

chives

spring onions

Dressing

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp sesame oil

sesame seeds

Method

Thinly slice kingfish and present on plate.

Mix dressing ingredients together in a bowl and drizzle over fish.

Sprinkle chilli, ginger, coriander, chives and spring onions over fish.
