10 g butter
2 x 120g porterhouse (minute steak)
½ large onion (150g) sliced
3 tbsp oil
4 tbsp mayonnaise
¼ stick horseradish grated
3 tbsp wholegrain mustard
1 ripe tomatoes, sliced & seasoned
100 g gorgonzola cheese –sliced
100 g rocket/lettuce
3-4 Swiss brown mushrooms
Season meat with salt, pepper and oil. Slice mushrooms, onion and sweat in pan for approx. 10 – 15 min. Sear meat in griddle pan (approx. 1 min per side).
Halve baguette and layer from bottom to top: mayonnaise, gorgonzola cheese, rocket, lettuce, tomato, salt, pepper, tomato sauce, horse radish, mushrooms, onion, lettuce and mustard.
Janella’s wrap laid out the same however baguette was replaced with Mountain Bread and minus the meat.
