A hand full of Kaffir lime leaves without stems
¼ cup brown sugar
½ bunch mint for garnish
juice of three limes
2 ½ cups soda water
Using a stick blender, blend the lime leaves, mint, sugar, lime juice and 1/2 a cup of soda water.
With a strainer, pour into two pitchers and add 1 cup of soda water to each.
Stir, add ice and garnish glasses with lime wedge and sprig of mint.
