Ingredients
olive oil
½ small red onion, finely diced
1 tsp grated ginger
½ tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp ground coriander seeds
1 tbsp sweet paprika
1 tsp chilli powder
½ lemon, finely chopped
3 tbs apple cider vinegar or white wine vinegar
¼ cup lemon juice
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 can crushed tomatoes
2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
pinch of salt
Method
Combine all ingredients in the food processor and blitz.
