Honey Bear’s Hot Chocolate

Serves 4
Time 5 minutes


1 cup milk chocolate chips
2 cups milk
1 tbsp honey
½ cup cream
½ tsp vanilla extract
Marshmallows, to serve


Bring milk to the boil then remove from the heat. Stirring continuously but gently, whisk in the chocolate chips, honey, cream and vanilla until melted.

Using a stick blender, blitz the milk a few times close to the surface to aerate and make it foamy.

Pour into a mug or glass and garnish with marshmallows.
