Ingredients
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 knob ginger, chopped
1 tbsp curry powder
Olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
¼ cup vinegar
½ cup brown sugar
750ml tomato passata
Method
Place the garlic, ginger, onion, curry powder, olive oil, salt and pepper, and sauté. Simmer for 8-10 minutes.
Add the rest of the ingredients and 10-15 minutes until cooked.
