1 cup hemp seeds
½ cup desiccated coconut
½ cup slivered almonds
1 tbsp hemp flour
½ cup coconut flour
½ cup coconut oil, melted
¼ cup maple syrup
Preheat the oven to 160°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Combine the hemp seeds, coconut, almonds, coconut flour, hemp flour and salt (dry ingredients) in a large bowl.
Make a well in the centre of the dry ingredients and add in the melted coconut oil, egg and maple syrup. Stir together until combined.
Mold the mixture into small balls and place on the lined baking tray. Flatten the balls with the back of a spoon or spatula.
Bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool before serving.
