Healthy Spicy Prawn and Avocado Soup


2 avocados, pips removed
500gram of cooked prawns (shell removed)
4 cups good quality chicken or vegetable stock
1 cup of unsweetened yoghurt
1 tsp fresh chilli, chopped finely
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp coriander powder
½ tsp of honey or brown sugar
¼ of a cup of fresh coriander, washed stems removed  
Sea salt and pepper to taste


In a food processor add all of the ingredients, apart from the prawns, and blend until smooth.
Serve the soup in a bowl with cooked prawn, a little coriander and yoghurt on the top.
