Healthy Fishcakes with Coriander and Chilli Dipping Sauce

Ingredients

Fish ball ingredients:

400g fresh Tuna fresh

2-3 tbsp of tamari soy sauce

1tbsp grated fresh ginger

1 garlic clove crushed

½ a cup of chopped coriander

1 large grated carrot

1 cup of grated sweet potato

Spelt or rice flour to coat patties

Ingredients for dipping sauce

¼ cup if of tamari soy sauce

4 tbsp of finely chopped coriander

1 small fresh chilli

2 tsp of honey

 

Method

 

Methods:

Place all the fish ball ingredients in a blender except the spelt flour.

Once you have blended the ingredients, shape into 6-8 patties and toss lightly in the spelt flour.

Place in a steamer or a frying pan with a little olive oil for approx 5 minutes, turning them once.  

Serve on a plate with the dipping sauce in the middle.
