¾ of cup organic Cacao
1 cup of coconut oil, melted
¼ cup cashew spread or ABC spread
¼ cup agave nectar
100g almond meal
100g coconut flour
Dash vanilla essence
1 tsp. cinnamon or chilli powder
Mix any of the ingredients everything together. Mix well and pour into a dish or
mould and then stick in freezer for 20 minutes.
