Hazelnut and Orange Bliss Balls

Ingredients

2 cups hazelnuts

1/2 cup dried cranberries

1/2 cup dried pomegranate

½ tsp orange flower water

½ cup tahini, hulled

½ cup rice syrup (or raw honey)

Method

Place 1½ cups of the hazelnuts and all the fried fruit into a processor until you have chunky crumbs. Now add the orange water, then slowly drizzle in the tahini and rice syrup. You should get a shiny ball. Roll into balls about the size of a plum, then roll in the remaining hazelnut meal.

If you can’t use nuts, use seeds instead and add more dried fruit
