4x100g tuna steaks
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp of olive oil
1 large red capsicum, seeds remove and chopped
1 cup Ligurian olives, pips remove
½ cup of basil
2 tbsp of lemon juice
¼ cup of olive oil
Preheat the BBQ or skillet. Mix together all the tuna ingredients and leave to sit of 10-15 minutes.
In a food processor place all the Tapenade ingredients and blend until smooth.
Place the tuna on the BBQ and cook for 3-5 minute each side, ideally it should be a little pink inside.
Serve the tuna with a generous spoonful of the Tapenade and a salad on the side.
