Ingredients
½ cup quinoa flakes
¼ sultanas
¼ gojis berries
¼ sunflower seeds
¼ sesame seeds
1 orange, juiced
½ tsp orange zest
Method
Pre-heat the oven to 150C. Soak the goji berries in orange juice for 10 minutes.
In a food processor, add all of the ingredients and blend to a coarse paste. Roll into individual balls and bake in the oven for 15 minutes. Allow to cool for 5 minutes and either serve on its own, or with yoghurt, milk and/or fresh fruit.
Store leftover in a airtight container and refrigerate.
