German-Style Baked Potatoes

Serves 4 - 6 (as a side)
Time 1 hour 10 minutes


450g potatoes, chopped
3 tbsp butter
8 slices bacon, diced
1 onion, sliced
1 sprig rosemary, picked
8 garlic cloves, smashed
Salt and pepper
½ cup chopped parsley, to serve


Preheat oven to 190C. Add all of the ingredients to a large baking dish and cook for 1 hour until potatoes are browned and tender. Serve with chopped parsley.
