500 gms king prawns, peeled and deveined
6 garlic cloves, crushed
½ bunch parsley, chopped
1 chorizo sausage, sliced
2 tbsp. butter
1 long red chilli, sliced
1 long green chilli, sliced
sourdough bread, sliced
salt & pepper
Heat oil in a frying pan over a medium to high flame.
Add chorizo, chillies and garlic. Cook for 1 – 2 minutes or until chorizo begins to crisp.
Place prawns in the pan, one at a time. Add butter and cook for 2 – 3 minutes, turning prawns occasionally until cooked through.
Stir through parsley and squeeze over lime.
Serve with grilled crusty sourdough.
