Frozen Banana, Dark Chocolate and Nut Treats


Serves: 2-4

2 large bananas, peeled and cut in half

4 wooden skewers, chopsticks or popsicle sticks

1 cup mixed nuts, roasted and crushed

50 gms cacao butter

50 gms cacao powder

3 tsp. natvia





In a saucepan, melt together cacao butter, cacao powder and natvia.

Carefully skewer each banana piece with a stick. Dip in or drizzle with the melted chocolate mixture and roll in mixed nuts.

Place the bananas on a baking paper on a baking tray.

Freeze for 4-6 hours or until frozen through.
