Frittata with Spaghetti with Egg and Olives

Ingredients

250g spaghetti cooked

150g black olives pitted

2 garlic cloves

1 onion, diced

4 sprigs of thyme, picked  

parsley

75g gruyere

3eggs

pinch nutmeg

pinch salt

Method

Method

Sweat onion, thyme and parsley, in 50g butter. Whisk eggs and season. Add nutmeg. Mix all ingredients together. Cook for 8 – 12 min until set.
