Four sheets of thick fillo pastry
4 Flake bars
100 gms Melted butter
2 tab Sesame seeds
2 tab Honey
Preheat oven to 200’C.
Lay down one layer of filo and brush half the sheet with melted butter. Fold over and brush with another layer of butter.
Place the Flake bar at one end of the sheet and roll the filo into a parcel. Trim the ends to fit.
Brush the entire outside of the parcel with butter. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake until golden and crispy.
Mix together cinnamon and sugar and dust over parcels.
Drizzle with honey and serve.
