Fettuccini Marinara


1 pkt San Remo Spaghetti
4 cloves garlic, smashed and chopped
2 long red chilli, chopped
1/2 red onion, sliced
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
500g prawns
250g Calamari
400g Salmon
250g scallops
1kg mussels
250 g grape tomatoes, halved
2 bunch continental parsley, chopped
Salt & pepper


Cook the pasta according to the packet instructions.

In a hot pan with an olive oil, saute the garlic, onion chilli and a coupe of anchovies. Once the onion starts to go golden, add the seafood and season with salt and pepper. After about 3 minutes, add the tomatoes. 

Once the pasta is cooked, strain it and add it to the frying pan and stir it through the seafood. Once the mussels open up, cook the sauce for another couple of minutes and it’s ready to eat.
