Fagioli Pasta


San Remo pasta- medium Shells 

2 garlic cloves, smashed

1 shallot, finely sliced

2 tbsp EVOO Olive Oil

¼ cup Bacon smoky, chopped into lardons

¼ cup Green Beans, cut diagonally

¼ cup Peas

1 Large Tomato, cored and finely diced

½ cup Zucchini, diced

1 cup Borlotti Beans, cooked

¼ cup Chicken Stock

2 Spring onion, chopped

2 tbsp Butter

¼ cup Parsley, chopped finely

5 medium Bocconcini


Cook the pasta until al dente.

Add the bacon lardons into a hot pan, add crushed garlic.

Then shallots, olive oil.

Add Zuchini, green beans and peas and stir.

Chicken stock


Borlotti Beans

Spring onion.

Pasta cooked al dente. Tear bocconcini  and add to the pasta.

Salt and pepper.

Stir all together.
