1 cup salted butter (melted and cooled – directions in step one)
1½ cups castor sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 ¾ cup plain purpose flour
½ cup cocoa powder
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
2 cups chocolate chips
Preheat oven at 180C.
Stir the melted butter, sugar and vanilla together in a bowl.
Incorporate one egg and then once combined, stir through the next egg.
Sift the flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt into the bowl, and then mix it all together gently.
Add the chocolate chips and fold through the mixture.
Roll and place on a tray lined with baking paper.
Bake for 8 to 10 mins.
