Double Banana Protein Delight

1 Banana

1 tbsp Isowhey banana protein powder

¼ tsp cinnamon

2 tbsp natural yoghurt

3 tsp Isowhey banana protein powder

1 tbsp mixed chopped nuts, roasted


Preheat the oven to 160C.

Place a ripe banana on a baking tray and sprinkle with one teaspoon of Isowhey Banana protein powder and a ¼ tsp of cinnamon. Cook under the grill for 3 – 5 minutes or until golden.

Mix the remaining ingredients together in a bowl.

Serve the baked banana with a generous spoonful of the banana nut yogurt topping.
