Digestion Smoothie

Serves 4
Time 15 minutes


2 apples
1 aloe vera leaf
2 carrots
2 beetroot, chopped
1 bunch parsley
1 tbsp. ginger


In a juicer or blender, add all of the ingredients, and mix.

If using a juicer, add a tbsp. of pulp back into the mixture, to increase fibre. If using a blender add 50ml water.

Pour into individual chilled glasses.
