¼ cup coconut oil, melted
1 tbsp natvia
1 tsp cinnamon
2 cups almond meal
1 cup dates, chopped
1 cup walnuts, chopped
½ cup dark choc chips, melted
Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a cake tin (ideally 20cm x 20cm) with baking paper.
Add the egg and coconut oil to a large bowl and whisk together. Add the cinnamon, natvia, almond meal, dates, walnuts and a pinch of salt and stir well to combine.
Pour the mixture into the lined tin and press down with the back of a spoon. Place into the oven to bake for 25-30 minutes. Set aside to cool.
Once cooled to room temperature, pour the melted chocolate over the slice and spread evenly. Place in the fridge for an hour or so to set.
