Dairy-free Cashew White Sauce with Vegetables


Serve: 2, prep: 10 minutes, cooking time: 5 minutes.



1 bunch kale, stem removed, roughly chopped

100g snow peas, tale removed

Creamy Cashew White Sauce

1 cloves garlic, crushed

¼ – ½  cup hot water

1 cup raw cashews

1 tbsp Tamari soy sauce

Parsley to serve


Place the vegetables in a steamer and steam for 5 minutes, place in a serving bowl.

In a food processor blend all of the cashew ingredients. Stir over the vegetable and serve with fresh parsley.
