2 bunches broccolini
300ml thickened cream
½ cup smoked cheese, grated
½ cup cheddar cheese, grated
½ cup parmesan cheese, grated
Salt & pepper
Preheat oven to 180C, fan forced.
Blanch broccolini in a large pot of boiling water for 2-3 minutes. Transfer to a baking tray.
Pour the cream, cheeses, salt, pepper and olive oil over the broccolini. Place in the oven and cook for 5-10 minutes or until the cream has warmed through and the cheese has melted.
