Cornichon Dill Dip

Serves 4-6
Time 10 minutes (1-2 hours setting time)


½ cup cornichons, diced
2 tbsp dill, chopped
1 tbsp cornichon juice
½ tsp horseradish
2 cups Greek yoghurt
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper

To serve


Place all of your ingredients in a food processor and pulse a few times until the ingredients have combined. 

Place in a bowl, place in the fridge to firm up a little. Serve with your favourite crackers.
