1 cup Coconut Milk
1 cup strawberry, puree, cooled
½ cup finely diced strawberries
½ cup coconut flakes
1-2 tbsp honey, optional
Place the strawberry puree, coconut milk and honey into a food processor and blend until smooth. Stir through the diced strawberries.
Place a spoonful of coconut flakes into the ice-block moulds and then pour the mixture to cover and fill the mould, place in the freezer for 2-4 hours.
