Coconut Sambal

Serves 200g
Time 5 minutes

Ingredients

150g freshly grated coconut
½ cup fresh coriander, chopped
3 long red chillies, chopped
1 tbsp ginger, grated
2 garlic cloves, crushed
Juice of ½ a lime

Method

Add all ingredients to a food processor and mix until well combined, adding extra liquid if needed.
