300ml soy or almond milk
50ml Cointreau or Frangelico
150g dark chocolate, chopped
½ cup of raw Cacao powder
Fresh fruit, such as strawberries, orange segments, banana, raspberries and kiwifruit, to serve
Heat the milk in a saucepan until almost boiling, then add the alcohol and stir. In a separate (heat proof) bowl add the chocolate then pour the milk over the top. Stir well until the chocolate melts.
Transfer to a serving dish and serve with the fruit and long skewers.
