Chocolate and Peanut Butter Cupcakes

Ingredients

250g butter, softened

150g sugar

2 eggs

250g self raising flour

30g cocoa

120g chocolate buttons

150g crunchy peanut butter

dash of vanilla essence

 

Method

Cream the butter and sugar, with the vanilla essence, until light in colour. Add eggs, one at a time. Sift the flour and cocoa. Fold the creamed butter and sugar, and cocoa. Fold in the chocolate buttons. Fold in the peanut butter. Bake 180C for 20 mins.
