Choc Mint Smoothie

Serves 1-2
Time 5 minutes

Ingredients

1 frozen banana
Handful fresh mint leaves, stalks removed
1 tbsp cacao powder
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tbsp LSA
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp turmeric, grated
1 tsp ginger, grated
1-2 tsp honey
Handful ice, optional

Method

Combine all ingredients in a blender, blitz until smooth and well combined, pour into a glass and top with mint leaves.
