Chilli Turkey Burritos

Serves 2-4
Time 20 minutes


300-400g turkey mince
½ onion, finely diced
1 clove garlic, roughly chopped
1 green chilli, sliced
1 red chilli, sliced
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tbsp Ancho chilli paste
½ cup black beans
½ cup rice, cooked
¼ cup chicken stock
1 cup tomato passata

1 Avocado, chopped
1 Lime, juiced
1 bunch coriander, chopped
1 bunch chives, chopped
2 truss tomatoes, diced

To serve
½ cup grated mozzarella cheese
Sour cream
Flour or Corn Tortillas


To a hot pan, add olive and brown off the turkey with the onion, garlic and fresh chillies. Add the cumin powder, chilli powder, Ancho chilli paste, stock, passata, rice and season with salt and pepper.

Combine salsa ingredients in a small bowl and serve in tortillas with the turkey mix, sour cream and cheese.
