Chilli Chicken and Sesame Strips


1/2 cup Yoghurt (greek or natural)

Chicken breast

1 tbsp white vinegar

1 tbsp mirin

1/2 tspn grated ginger

1/2 tspn grated garlic

1 tspn cayenne pepper

salt and pepper


For the coating:

Sesame seeds

PANKO breadcrumbs


Slice the chicken breast into thin strips. In a bowl, mix together the chicken with the yoghurt, vinegar, mirin, ginger, garlic and cayenne pepper. Season with salt and pepper.

Coat the chicken strips in the breadcrumbs and sesame seeds and lay out onto a baking tray with baking paper. Bake in the oven for 8-10 min at 180C until the chicken is cooked through.
