Chilli Cashews


500 gm Cashews

4 Egg white

1 tsp cayenne pepper

2 tsp Flakey salt

2 tbsp smoked paprika


Coat cashews with smoked paprika, cayenne pepper & salt

Whisk 4 egg whites to stiff peaks

Coats nuts with egg white

Shake off excess egg white

Spread nuts on trays lined with silicone

Bake at 160°C for 16 minutes
