Chicken with Red Bean Paste Marinade


2 chicken breasts, skinned, boned and cubed

2 spring onions, finely chopped

3 garlic cloves

4 tsp red bean paste

1 tbsp sesame seed oil

1 tbsp sesame seeds

1 tbsp sugar

1 tbsp soy sauce

black pepper

paper towel

olive oil


In a large bowl, mix garlic, red bean paste, sesame seed oil, sugar soy and pepper to make your marinade.

Marinate chicken overnight.

Using a papertowel soaked in olive oil, lubricate rungs of BBQ.

Slide chicken onto skewers and cook on BBQ.
