Cheesey Vegetable Rolls

Serves 10-20 rolls

2 ¼ cup wholemeal self-raising flour
¼ tsp salt
75g butter, chopped
½ cup grated cheese
⅓ cup grated carrot
⅓ cup grated zucchini
¼ cup parsley, chopped
1 tbsp chia seeds
¾ cup milk


Preheat oven to 200 degrees and line a baking tray with paper. Mix 2 cups flour, chia and salt together in a large bowl. Add butter and using finger tips, rub butter into flour mixture until mixture resembles breadcrumbs.

Add cheese, parsley, carrot and zucchini. Make a well in the center and pour in milk. Stir until the mixture comes together.

Divide dough into 10 portions or more, depending on the size you want, and roll each piece into a ball. Place on prepared tray, spread 1-3cm apart. Bake for 15-30 minutes until cooked and golden.
