Cheese and Herb Cornbread

Ingredients

  • 200g SR flour

  • 110g polenta

  • 120g cheddar cheese, grated

  • handful herbs (dill, basil, parsley), chopped

  • 2 eggs

  • 250 ml milk

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 4 tbsp olive oil

Method

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.

Grease a baking form (20cm x 10cm) and place your mixture in it.

Bake in 180°C for about 45 minutes.
