Ingredients

200g SR flour

110g polenta

120g cheddar cheese, grated

handful herbs (dill, basil, parsley), chopped

2 eggs

250 ml milk

1 tbsp honey

1 tsp baking powder

4 tbsp olive oil
Method
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
Grease a baking form (20cm x 10cm) and place your mixture in it.
Bake in 180°C for about 45 minutes.
