1 cauliflower, broken into small florets, blanched
2 tbsp flour
2 tbsp butter
1 cup milk
1 tbsp dill, chopped
1 tbsp chives, chopped
1 cup parmesan cheese
1 cup tasty cheese
Preheat oven to 200°C.
Place blanched cauliflower florets into a small-medium sized baking dish
Make the bechamel by melting butter in a pot and mixing it with flour, then milk. Keep stirring it or gently whisking it until there are no lumps. Add the cheeses to the bechamel and stir to combine.
Cover the cauliflower with the cheesy bechamel sauce and bake in the oven for 10-15mins until lightly golden. Let cool slightly before serving.
