Cardamom and Orange Rice Pudding

Serves 2-4
Time 25 minutes


3 cups milk
1 cup arborio rice
2 strips of orange peel
5 cardamom pods
3 tbsp coconut sugar


Heat the milk in a pot over medium heat.

Turn the heat to low and add the rice, coconut sugar, cardamom pods and orange peels. Stir occasionally while cooking for 20 minutes until the rice thickens.

Serve with some cream and coconut sugar.
