Serves 30 - 40 sticks
Ingredients
250g plain flour
125g butter
4-5 tbsp creme fraiche
caraway seeds
salt
paprika
Method
Add the flour, 1 pinch of salt, butter and creme fraiche into a food processor, blend until dough consistency and allow to rest for 1 hour.
Cut slices of dough and roll into thin sticks. Sprinkle salt, caraway seeds and paprika over chopping board and roll to coat.
Chill for about ½ an hour and bake in the oven on 180C for 8 – 12 minutes, until golden brown.
